Hypothesis

My initial assumption is that almost everyone in the school have desktop computer in their home and thus in effect, the school is working in an imperfect 1 to 1 condition where every kids have access to computer but still not utilizing the technology that they have.
Hypothesis 0
A reason that I see is that the teacher are still sticking with their old way of teaching. from 20 different teacher that I encounter every week, only 3 teacher that actually use computer to aid teaching. and two of them are computer science teacher.
That saying, those teacher are forced to use computer and those teacher, as I see, don’t have the passion to teach using computer or any other advance technology. the only tech that I see use fairly excessive is the use of OverHead Projector.
Hyphothesis 1
Another reason that I suspected the teacher to behave like that even when they are suplied with a desktop computer per class, the amount of training was minimum. thus the teacher are either don’t know the technology or they just don’t want to understand.
Hyphothesis 2
From the student point of view. Computer on class room is like a nightmare. Especially for the lazy kids. because, with computer in class room, there will be more assignment. But as a computer user for over 10 years, I have to say, Having computers in the class room is like having your dream come true. It will enable the student to access the information database, do their homework in the run, have fun now and then, but the most important thing is that computer and other technology like cell phone could be used to make the students and teachers life more organized.
Hyphothesis 3
On a point of information database. a thing that held back the use of computer or other technologycal advancement is that the school still held back the access to information from the student.
